OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION – LAUNCH OF MAHILA SAARTHI PROGRAM

The Chamber of Business & Entrepreneur (India) Council (CBEIC) hereby announces the launch of the Mahila Saarthi Program, a national initiative focused on women safety, mobility, empowerment, employment, and skill development.

The program has been designed to support women passengers and women workforce by providing:

  • Safe ride assistance
  • Women-led mobility support services
  • Verified women support personnel
  • Emergency coordination support
  • Digital tracking & service booking
  • Skill development & employment opportunities

This initiative strengthens CBEIC’s commitment to empowering women and contributing to safer communities across India.

Invites Applications for Empanelment of Agencies Across India

CBEIC is expanding its national network of professional service providers to support large-scale social development initiatives. We invite eligible and experienced agencies to apply for empanelment for implementing projects across various social sectors.

This empanelment aims to build a collaborative ecosystem of organizations capable of delivering impactful, scalable, and result-oriented programs aligned with national priorities.


Scope of Empanelment

CBEIC seeks agencies that can provide services in the following domains:

  • Vocational training programs
  • Soft skills & employability training
  • Digital literacy & entrepreneurship development
  • Women-focused safety & self-defence training
  • Capacity building for grassroots communities

3️⃣ Research, Consultancy & Impact Assessment

  • Baseline and end-line surveys
  • Monitoring & evaluation (M&E)

4️⃣ Technology-Enabled Social Solutions

  • Mobile application support
  • Digital platforms for training & monitoring
  • Call center operations
  • Community mapping tools

5️⃣ Special Projects

  • Women mobility & safety programs (e.g., Mahila Saarthi)

Minimum Eligibility:

  • Valid registration & required certifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record in implementing social projects
  • Skilled team and regional outreach
