The Chamber of Business and Entrepreneur (India) Council – Bihar Chapter (CBEIC Bihar Chapter) is the state-level platform of CBEIC dedicated to strengthening entrepreneurship, MSMEs, startups, trade, investment, skill development, employment generation, and inclusive economic growth across Bihar.

The Bihar Chapter works as a bridge between entrepreneurs, MSMEs, investors, financial institutions, government departments, corporate organizations, professionals, training institutions, and local communities. Its objective is to create a coordinated ecosystem where businesses can access information, opportunities, partnerships, finance, technology, market linkages, government schemes, and professional support.
The Chapter focuses on taking development opportunities beyond major cities and enabling entrepreneurs and enterprises at the district, block, and grassroots level to participate in Bihar's economic growth.
To build a strong, inclusive, and sustainable business ecosystem in Bihar where entrepreneurs, MSMEs, startups, women, youth, farmers, and local enterprises can grow through better access to markets, finance, technology, skills, government schemes, and business opportunities.

The Bihar Chapter supports entrepreneurs and MSMEs through business guidance, project development, documentation, government scheme facilitation, market linkages, capacity building, and institutional networking.
2. Startup & Business SupportThe Chapter aims to provide startups and emerging businesses with access to mentoring, networking, professional services, business planning, funding opportunities, and ecosystem partners.
3. Government Scheme FacilitationCBEIC Bihar Chapter works towards creating awareness and facilitating access to relevant Central and State Government schemes, financial assistance, subsidies, entrepreneurship programs, and institutional support.
4. Women EmpowermentThe Chapter promotes women-led entrepreneurship, employment, mobility, training, and participation in the formal economy through initiatives such as Mahila Saarthi and other livelihood-focused programs.
5. Youth EmpowermentThrough youth-focused entrepreneurship, skill development, digital services, and mobility initiatives such as Yuva Saarthi, the Chapter seeks to create sustainable employment and self-employment opportunities for young people.
6. Rural & District DevelopmentThe Bihar Chapter focuses on creating economic opportunities at the grassroots level by supporting entrepreneurs, service providers, rural enterprises, FPOs, local businesses, and community institutions.
7. Trade & Market LinkagesThe Chapter facilitates networking between buyers, sellers, manufacturers, service providers, distributors, investors, and institutional stakeholders to support business growth and market access.
8. Training & Capacity BuildingBusiness owners, entrepreneurs, youth, women, and professionals can be connected with training and capacity-building programs covering entrepreneurship, digital skills, business management, financial literacy, technology, and other employability-oriented subjects.
The Bihar Chapter may facilitate and support CBEIC's major programs and initiatives in the state, including:
Mahila Saarthi – women-centric mobility, training, employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities.
Yuva Saarthi – rural EV mobility, charging infrastructure, entrepreneurship, digital services, and youth livelihood opportunities.
Kisan Suvidha – digital facilitation and support services for farmers, including access to information, financial services, insurance, agricultural services, and market opportunities.
Gramin Udyog Seva Kendra (GUSK) – grassroots entrepreneurship and rural employment facilitation.
Seva Setu Kendra – digital access points connecting citizens and entrepreneurs with government and digital services.
Udyamita Kendra – entrepreneurship support, business guidance, documentation, and facilitation services.
CBEIC Bihar Chapter intends to develop a strong district-level network so that entrepreneurship and business support services are not limited to Patna or other major urban centres.
The Chapter can work with district coordinators, business associations, entrepreneurs, institutions, training partners, service providers, and local stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement programs according to the requirements of individual districts.

The Chapter will also work towards building a credible and active network of entrepreneurs and institutions across Bihar and creating a single platform for collaboration between the business community and relevant stakeholders.
CBEIC Bihar Chapter envisions a Bihar where every district has access to entrepreneurship opportunities, every emerging business can find the right support, and youth and women can participate meaningfully in economic growth.
