Dr. Pushpsen Satyarthi is an Advisor to CBEIC and a former senior officer of the Uttar Pradesh Transport Department, with experience in transport administration and road safety. He has been associated with road-safety enforcement, stakeholder coordination and mobility-related initiatives in Uttar Pradesh. At CBEIC, he provides strategic advisory support in transport, mobility, road safety, sustainable mobility and institutional collaboration.
Dr. Pushpsen Satyarthi serves as an Advisor to the Chamber of Business and Entrepreneur (India) Council (CBEIC), bringing extensive experience in public administration, transportation, road safety and mobility-related matters.
During his tenure with the Uttar Pradesh Transport Department, Dr. Satyarthi held senior responsibilities in the area of transport and road safety. Publicly available records identify him as Additional Transport Commissioner (Road Safety), and earlier as Deputy Transport Commissioner (Road Safety).
His public work has included engagement on road-safety enforcement, implementation of motor-vehicle regulations, stakeholder coordination and initiatives aimed at improving road safety. In 2024, he was reported in connection with coordination between the Transport and Animal Husbandry Departments on measures intended to reduce vehicle-animal collisions on highways
