Mahila Saarthi Initiative

The Chamber of Business and Entrepreneur (India) Council (CBEIC) invites reputed and technically qualified manufacturers, fabricators, OEMs, and infrastructure development companies to submit quotations (RFQs) for the design, fabrication, and supply of Mobile Toilet Units for the Mahila Saarthi Women Mobility Hubs & Pickup Points across Delhi.

These mobile toilets will be mounted on E-Rickshaw / Electric Three-Wheeler Infrastructure, ensuring clean, safe, and accessible sanitation facilities for women drivers and passengers.

🚺 About the Project

The Mahila Saarthi Initiative by CBEIC is a women-empowerment mobility program aimed at creating a safe, hygienic, and dignified working environment for women drivers operating E-Autos, E-Scooties, and shared mobility services.

To support field operations, CBEIC is establishing Mahila Saarthi Facilitation Centers and Pickup Hubs, each requiring Mobile Toilet Units built on eco-friendly and portable models.

🛠️ Scope of Work

Selected manufacturers must provide:

✔ Design, fabrication & delivery of mobile toilets integrated on an E-Rickshaw chassis

✔ Bio-Toilet Technology with odor-free and water-efficient system

✔ Handwash unit + waste tank + air vents + antibacterial interiors

✔ Solar or battery-powered lighting

✔ Durable, rust-proof, weather-resistant body construction

✔ Women-safe design with internal lock & ventilation

✔ On-site installation, testing & demonstration

✔ Warranty, maintenance & service support

🔧 Technical Specifications (Indicative)

1. Structure & Materials

  • Mounted on E-Rickshaw L5 chassis
  • FRP/ABS antibacterial interior
  • Mild steel or SS304 external frame
  • Anti-rust, fire-retardant materials

2. Bio-Toilet System

  • 100–150 L waste tank capacity
  • Bio-digester enzyme-based treatment
  • Odor-free air ventilation system
  • Foot-operated flushing system
  • Anti-backflow mechanism

3. Utilities & Fixtures

  • Solar-powered LED lights
  • 10–20 L compact handwash tank
  • Floor anti-slip coating
  • Internal mirror, small storage shelf
  • Auto-latching women-safe lock

4. Dimensions (Indicative)

  • Length: 6–7 ft
  • Width: 3.5–4 ft
  • Height: 6.5–7 ft
  • Weight: As per certified E-Rickshaw capacity norms

(Manufacturers may propose optimized dimensions.)

📦 Quantities Required

Phase I: 10 Mobile Toilet Units (Immediate Requirement)
Phase II: Expansion to 50+ Units across Delhi–NCR
